Product listings, specifications, images, pack sizes and availability shown here are indicative only and do not constitute an offer to sell, a warranty, or a guarantee of stock. Every supply is subject to a written quotation, our order acceptance and the terms printed on the relevant quotation, invoice and the manufacturer’s own documentation, which prevail over anything stated on this website.

Prices, lead times and specifications may change without notice, and are subject to manufacturer supply, statutory levies and applicable taxes and duties in force at the time of dispatch.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written permission.

All chemicals, reference materials, culture media, glassware and consumables offered are intended solely for professional laboratory, research, analytical and industrial use by trained and competent personnel.

Unless expressly stated in writing on the product label or the manufacturer’s certificate, our products are NOT intended for human or veterinary drug use, food or feed use, household use, in-vitro diagnostic use, or for any clinical or therapeutic application.

Purchasers are responsible for verifying the suitability of a product for their intended application, for reading the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis before use, and for handling, storing, transporting and disposing of the product in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice.

Rashi Group acts as a supplier and distributor of goods manufactured by third parties. Technical specifications, purity values, expiry dates and certificates are those issued by the respective manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied, and we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse, improper storage or unintended application of the goods.

Rashi Group operates in accordance with the applicable laws of India, including the Legal Metrology Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Goods and Services Tax laws, and the statutory requirements applicable to the storage, packaging, labelling and transport of chemicals and hazardous goods.

Certain products are restricted, controlled, licensed, scheduled or otherwise regulated (including narcotic and psychotropic substances, precursor chemicals, poisons, alcohol-based products, and dangerous goods). Such items are supplied only against a valid licence, permit, end-use declaration or institutional purchase order, where the buyer is legally eligible to receive them, and only in territories where such supply is lawful.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits and approvals required to purchase, possess, use, export or re-export the goods, and undertakes not to divert the goods to any prohibited use or restricted party.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or order that we reasonably believe would breach any law, regulation, sanction or manufacturer restriction.

All brand names, trademarks, logos and product designations referred to on this website — including Merck, Supelco, Inorganic Ventures, HiMedia, Sigma-Aldrich, Borosil, J-Sil, Cytiva (Whatman), Avantor (VWR), Loba Chemie, Arco — are the property of their respective owners.

Rashi Group of Company is an independent reseller of genuine, originally packed goods lawfully acquired through the supply chain. We are not an authorised distributor, dealer, agent or representative of any manufacturer named on this website, and we make no representation of any such appointment. Resale of genuine goods is protected under Section 30(3) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

They are used on this website purely to describe and identify the products we source and supply. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, agency or partnership between the trademark owner and Rashi Group beyond the actual commercial supply arrangement in place, and it does not represent that we are an exclusive, appointed or sole-authorised representative of any brand unless such appointment is separately confirmed in writing.

Any accreditation, certification or traceability referred to on this website (for example ISO 17034, ISO/IEC 17025 or NIST/NMIJ traceability) belongs to the respective manufacturer of the product and is not a certification held by Rashi Group of Company.

If you are a rights holder and would prefer that your brand name or logo not be displayed on this website, or believe any reference is inaccurate, please write to us and we will remove or correct it promptly.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it — for example your name, organisation, email address, phone number and enquiry details when you contact us or request a quotation.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, provide after-sales support and meet statutory record-keeping obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Data may be shared with our manufacturers, logistics providers, payment channels and professional advisors strictly to the extent needed to fulfil your order or to comply with law.

Retention: enquiry records that do not result in an order are retained for up to 24 months; order, invoice and statutory records are retained for 8 years from the end of the relevant financial year, as required under Indian tax and company law. Data is deleted or anonymised after that period unless a longer period is legally required.

We apply reasonable security practices and procedures to protect the information we hold. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, withdraw consent for further communication, or raise a grievance, by writing to our Grievance Officer at info@rashigrp.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
