Product information
Grade, specification, pack size and other applicable product details are confirmed through the quotation.
Packaging
Products are supplied in original manufacturer packaging where applicable.
Traceability
Lot/batch information and traceability are provided where available from the manufacturer. Where stated in the manufacturer's documentation, reference materials may be traceable to NIST/NMIJ; any such accreditation or traceability belongs to the manufacturer, producer or laboratory concerned and not to Rashi Group.
Temperature-sensitive products
Temperature-sensitive products are packed, stored and dispatched in accordance with applicable manufacturer requirements and handling instructions.
Delivery timelines
Indicative delivery timelines are confirmed with the quotation and depend on stock availability, manufacturer/supplier lead time, product requirements and transportation conditions. Stocked lines may typically be dispatched within 24-48 hours, subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
Where stated by the manufacturer, products may be sourced from appropriately accredited producers/laboratories. Any certification or accreditation referred to on this page (including ISO 17034 and ISO/IEC 17025) belongs to the respective manufacturer, producer or laboratory and not to Rashi Group of Company. Documentation is passed on as issued by the manufacturer; we do not test, re-certify or alter any product.
Handling & storage
Care from receipt to dispatch
- Goods received, inspected for transit damage and stored in original manufacturer packaging where applicable.
- Temperature-sensitive media, standards and reagents kept under the conditions stated on the label.
- Hazardous and flammable items packed and transported per applicable transport rules and MSDS guidance.
- Lot numbers recorded against each dispatch so documentation can be retrieved later.
Storage, use and disposal after delivery remain the responsibility of the purchasing laboratory, in line with the manufacturer's MSDS and applicable statutory requirements.

How we source
Established sourcing channels
We source laboratory materials through established supply channels and supply them in original manufacturer packaging where applicable, and select the make and grade for each enquiry based on the specification, documentation and availability confirmed at the time of quotation.

Originally packed goods

Do you supply Certificates of Analysis with applicable products?
For chemicals and reference materials we pass on the manufacturer's lot-specific Certificate of Analysis where one is issued for the supplied lot, and the applicable Safety Data Sheet is provided where issued by the manufacturer and available for the supplied product.
What is the typical delivery time?
Stocked items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, subject to availability at the time of order. Imported or indent items are quoted with an indicative delivery date, which may vary with manufacturer and transit conditions.
Can you supply pharmacopeial reference standards (USP, EP, BP, IP)?
We can source pharmacopeial reference standards, impurity standards and working standards for method validation, subject to manufacturer availability and applicable eligibility requirements.
Do you handle bulk or annual rate contracts?
We work with pharma plants, CROs and testing laboratories on annual rate contracts, scheduled deliveries and consignment stock arrangements, subject to mutually agreed commercial terms.
