- Hazardous and flammable items packed and transported per applicable transport rules and MSDS guidance.
- Lot numbers recorded against each dispatch so documentation can be retrieved later.
Storage, use and disposal after delivery remain the responsibility of the purchasing laboratory, in line with the manufacturer's MSDS and applicable statutory requirements.

Do you supply Certificates of Analysis with every product?
Yes — for chemicals and reference materials we pass on the manufacturer's lot-specific Certificate of Analysis wherever one is issued, and MSDS or other available declarations are provided on request. Consumables such as glassware may instead carry the manufacturer's own conformity documentation.
What is the typical delivery time?
Stocked items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, subject to availability at the time of order. Imported or indent items are quoted with an indicative delivery date, which may vary with manufacturer and transit conditions.
Can you supply pharmacopeial reference standards (USP, EP, BP, IP)?
We can source official pharmacopeial reference standards, impurity standards and working standards for method validation, subject to manufacturer availability and any eligibility requirements that apply to the item.
Do you handle bulk or annual rate contracts?
We work with pharma plants, CROs and testing laboratories on annual rate contracts, scheduled deliveries and consignment stock arrangements.
